Spaghetti Salad


1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
favorite vegetables, broccoli, cucumber, onions, cauliflower, etc.
1 tomato, chopped
1 pkg. dry Ranch Dressing mix-optional
1 C. bottled fat-free Italian dressing
fresh minced parsley and basil to taste

Toss dry Ranch dressing mix with cooked, drained spaghetti, if desired. Add all other ingredients to the spaghetti, except tomatoes and toss. Before serving, add chopped tomatoes and toss lightly. Serves 8.
