Unfried French Fries

3 large potatoes, cut in strips
1 T. cajun spice
2 egg whites

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Mix egg whies and Cajun seasoning. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Put potatoes on the baking sheet and spray potatoes with cooking spray. Bake at 400', turning often till golden brown. Serves 3.
