Orange Cake Pudding


1/4 C. sifted flour
3/4 C. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 C. orange juice
2 eggs, separated
1 C. milk

Heat oven to 350'. In a medium bowl sift together flour, and sugar; stir in orange rind and juice, egg yolks, then milk. In another bowl beat egg whites till stiff and fold them into sugar mixture. Pour into 6 (3/4 C.) custard cups; set in a shallow baking pan containing 1" water, and bake 45-50 minutes or till cake top is light brown and custard bottom has set. Serve warm or cold.
