Creme Cezanne

serves 4 to 6

4 English cucumbers, peeled and seeded
2 strawberry punnets, topped off
2 pints milk
3 medium cloves garlic, diced
salt to taste

Place milk in blender. Add cucumbers, strawberries, garlic and blend until smooth. Pass through a chinois to strain and add salt to taste.

Garnish with a thin slice of strawberry and a little mint sprig or something green-flowery and edible
