Ginger Scallops and Broccoli
Scallops stir-fried with broccoli, onion, garlic, and Thai red
curry served over jasmine rice.
serves 4-6
1 lb. fresh scallops
1 head broccoli
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. fresh minced ginger
4 cloves fresh minced garlic
3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
2/3 cup dry white wine or rice wine
1 Tbsp.Thai red curry
2 cups jasmine rice
