Thai Barbeque Chicken



Chicken parts marinated in aThai barbeque sauce of fish sauce, garlic, sugar, ginger, sweet black soy sauce, coconut milk, and tumeric charbroiled or grilled on the barbi.

serves 4-6

5 tbsp. Thai fish sauce
4 tsp. granulated sugar
6 minced garlic cloves
4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
3 Tbsp. Thai sweer black soy sauce
1 cup coconut milk
2/3 tsp. ground tumeric
4-5 lbs. chicken pieces
cilantro leaves


In a food processor or blender puree all the ingredients except for the celantro. Pour marinade over chicken parts and refrigerate overnight. Charbroil or grill chicken, basting frequently with marinade.
