Stir Fried Vegetables in Oyster Sauce


Stir-fried broccoli, bell peppers, onions, baby corn, mushrooms, red peppers, bamboo shoots, boc choy in oyster sauce, roasted red chili paste, and fish sauce served over jasmine rice.

4 to 6 servings


    6 cloves minced garlic
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 red peppers, sliced
    2 small cans baby corn (drained)
    1 broccoli head, chopped
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 cups mushroom, sliced
    2 boc choy leaves, chopped
    1 cup sliced bamboo shoots (drained if canned)
    2-4 Tbsp. Thai roasted red chili paste
    3-5 Tbsp. Thai fish sauce (to taste)
    4 Tbsp. oyster sauce

    FarOut Foods Garnish Tip

    Garnish with additional parsley. Serve with bowls of broth.
