4 to 6 servings


1 lbs.raw, fresh or frozen,peeled and deveined Srimp
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon fresh garlic
2/3 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 15 oz. cans Spanish rice
1 teaspoon pepper
1tablespoon Tabasco sauce
green pepper rings for garnish

Devein large shrimp and cut in half. In a fry pan, cook green pepper, onion, and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients except garnish, and cook over medium heat for fifteen minutes or until shrimp are tender.
