Apple, Prosciutto and Emmenthaler

First, ya take a big green apple and cut it into quarters...the bigger the better if ya know what I mean.

Then, ya take a slab of-(my favorite animal-that is the swin to eat-and unfortunatley, they're smart) Prosciutto and slice it very thinly; almost to the point of transparency. Line this up along your apples so as not to make a big mess and production is still minor.

Thirdly, slice a couple loaves of french bread or bagettes and coat them with a layer of spicy mustard(to your chosing).

And then, take a nice big block of Emmenthaler swiss cheese and slice it about twice as thick as you finger nail so it will melt all over the Prosciutto, apples and halved french bread.

Put this all in a oven-toaster or real oven and warm for about the time it's done...3!/2 min.
