Recipe: Baked Mushrooms with Garlic & Rosemary
Ingredients...
4 large flat mushrooms wiped clean
3 garlic cloves, peeled & finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1/2 a lemon
Instructions...
1) Remove the stalks and place the mushrooms in a lightly
oiled ovenproof dish.
2) Sprinkle the garlic and rosemary over the mushrooms,
then drizzle over the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3) Bake in an oven at 200C (Gas 6) for about 20 mins.
4) Remove from the oven and serve with the lemon juice
squeezed over some crusty bread.
