1) Cut the steak into thin slices against the grain. Add to
a large bowl with all the marinade ingredients and
refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2) Heat the wok until hot and add the oil. When the oil is
hot and smoking slightly, add the beef and stir fry for
about 2 minutes.Drain in a colander and reserve oil.
3) Return 1 dssp oil to the wok and reheat.Add the sesame
seeds and stir fry for 10 seconds. Return the meat to
the wok and stir for another minute.
4) Turn onto a serving plate, garnish with spring onions
and serve.
