Recipe:  Breakfast Casserole



Ingredients:

1 lb sausage or ham
6 eggs
2 cups milk
6 slices of bread
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (or any kind you wish)
1 tsp dried mustard
Optional:   onions, green peppers, mushrooms

Instructions:

Brown meat and crumble into small pieces.  Spray 9 X 13 inch baking pan
with nonstick cooking spray.  Cut bread into 1 inch cubes and place the
pieces in the pan.  Top with meat.  Combine eggs and milk and dried
mustard, mix thoroughly.   Pour egg mixture over meat and top with
shredded cheese.  Refrigerate over night.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes until eggs are firm.  When making for a crowd, try variations -
ham
or sausage or mushrooms and broccoli with Swiss.  Is very good without
the
meat too, just add a little extra cheese.
