Recipe: Mushroom Omelette
Ingredients...
2 tbsps olive oil
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp minced parsley
1 tbsp minced cured ham
2 eggs
salt & pepper
Instructions...
1) Heat 1 tbsp oil in a medium skillet. Add the mushrooms,
garlic, parsley and ham and cook over a high heat for
about 2 minutes.
2) Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper and
the mushroom mixture.
3) Heat the remaining tbsp oil in a clean skillet until
very hot and prepare as for onion,tuna and tomato
omelette.
