Recipe: Scrambled Eggs with Seafood
Ingredients...
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2-3 oz seafood (eg peeled prawns)
2 oz dwarf runner beans precooked for 3-4 mins
1 oz serrano ham finely diced
salt & pepper
3 eggs beaten
Instructions...
1) Heat the oil in a non stick saucepan and add the chopped
garlic. Fry 2-3 mins until golden.
2) Stir in prawns and cook until done (about 2 mins).
3) Add beans and ham and season.
4) Add fried eggs, cook until lightly scrambled, and serve.
