Recipe: Spicy Turkish Eggs
Ingredients...
2 onions, finely sliced
1 yellow pepper, cored & sliced
2 red peppers, cored & sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1-2 chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
3 tbsps oil
4 eggs
salt & pepper
greek yoghurt
Instructions...
1) Fry the vegetables and spices in olive oil until the
peppers are soft and juicy. Season with salt.
2) One at a time break the eggs into a saucer and then slip
into the nest of peppers.Cook until the whites of the
egg are set.
3) Serve from the pan with a dollop of yoghurt.
