Recipe: Spaghetti Casserole Ingredients: 6 ounces Spaghetti 1 medium Onion -- chopped 1 medium Green Bell Pepper -- chopped 8 ounces Tomato Sauce 2 cups Corn -- canned or frozen Tabasco Sauce -- to taste 1 teaspoon Marjoram Salt and Pepper -- to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large saucepan, cook spaghetti noodles in boiling water until just done. (You can tell when noodles are done when you can toss one at the side of a glass drinking glass and it sticks.) Saute onion & pepper in a small amount of olive oil. Add tomato sauce, corn, tabasco (to taste), marjoram, and salt & pepper. Put cooked spaghetti in a large greased casserole dish and top with sauce. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
