Recipe: Maple Mustard Glazed Chicken Ingredients: 4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts ( 4 halves ) 2/3 cup Maple Syrup ( lite if you wish) 3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard 2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar ( Or Rice Vinegar.. I used ) 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce ( Low Sodium) Salt & Pepper to taste Instructions: Rinse Chicken and place in pan. Mix together other ingredients in a small bowl. Spread evenly over chicken, and bake at 350 Degrees for 45 min. Make sure you baste the chicken with the sauce while cooking. And then just before serving, baste again.
