Recipe: Medium Balti Chicken (6)

Ingredients...

2 tbsps vegetable oil
2 lb chicken breast, skinned & cubed
1 onion, sliced
1 quantity Balti Sauce
12 oz firm tomatoes, chopped
1/2 oz fresh basil, roughly torn
seasoning
8 oz green beans cut into 1/2 " lengths

Instructions...

1) Heat the oil over a high heat in a large Balti pan or wok and stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes until golden. Add the onion and stir fry for 1 minute.

2) Pour in the Balti sauce and add the beans. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the tomatoes and basil and cook for about 2 mins more, until chicken is tender.

3) Check seasoning before serving.
