Recipe:  Graham Cracker Cake



Ingredients:

1/2 C.    Butter
1    C.    Sugar
3           Eggs
2    t.     Baking Powder
3/4 C.    Milk
1    t.     Vanilla
1    C.    Chopped Nuts
1 pound Graham Crackers

Instructions:

 The milk could be omitted and one 15 oz. can of  pineapple used in
its place.

Cream butter.  Add egg yolks.  Beat thoroughly.  Combine with graham
cracker crumbs rolled fine, and baking powder.  Add flavoring, milk, and
nuts.  Mix thoroughly.  Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.  Pour into
well
oiled, shallow pans.  Bake in moderate oven (350° - 375°)  for about
30 minutes.  Can be served with whipped cream.
