Butter and flour a 9"x13" (approx. 25x30 cm) pan. Beat sugar and butter
with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, beating until thoroughly mixed.
Now add milk, salt, baking soda, flour and mix until smooth. Next add the
mangoes and optional nuts and stir to combine. Pour into baking dish and
bake 1 hour in a preheated 325F (160C) oven.
