Recipe:  Pineapple Cake



Ingredients:

1 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 #2 Can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 C flour
2 slightly beaten eggs

Instructions:

Mix together sugar, flour, and soda.  Add eggs and pineapple.  Bake at
350 for 30 minutes.

Icing:

Ingredients:

1 stick margarine
1 C Evaporated milk
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 C sugar
1 small can grated coconut
1 C pecans

Instructions:

Boil margarine, sugar and milk for 4 minutes, add pineapple and
coconut.  Pour over hot cake.  Sprinkle 1 cup pecans on top.
