Recipe:  Spring Breeze Cheesecake


Ingredients:

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream
2 teas. vanilla
1  8 oz. cool whip, thawed
1 graham cracker crust 

Instructions:

Beat cheese until smooth, then gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour
cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into
crust and chill until set. (at least four hours) Garnish as desired. I
usually use canned pie filling, like blueberry, cherry, etc....
