Recipe:  BURRITOS with GREEN CHILI



Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans (drained)
1/2 cup chopped onions 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chili
1/4 tsp cumin 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp oregano 1 TBL cooking oil1 tsp garlic salt or powder Salt to
taste
6 white flour tortillas.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to350 deg. Brown beef in 10 inch skillet; drain all fat
off.
Add onions and saute until transparent. Add spices. Heat oil in small
skillet and add pinto beans. Mash beans with potato masher and sprinkle
with
half the cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Add salt to
taste.
Divide bean mixture evenly among six tortillas;top each with evenly
divided
meat mixture. Spoon green chili over meat and top with remaining cheese.
Roll up each tortilla and place, seamside down, on a greased cookie
sheet.
Top with Chili-Cheese sauce.
