Recipe: Pasta Tubes with Tuna & Anchovies (3 - 4)

Ingredients...

12 oz penne or similar pasta
4 tbsps olive oil
2 oz butter
7 oz can tuna, drained
1 3/4 oz can anchovy fillets
salt & pepper
2 tbsps finely chopped parsley to garnish

Instructions...

1) Start the pasta cooking. A few minutes before it is al dente make the sauce.

2) Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan and add the tuna and anchovies. Mash together with a fork and cook until well heated. Taste for seasoning.

3) Drain thepasta, mix in the sauce and sprink;e with parsley. Serve immedietely with a green salad.
