Recipe: Crunchy Tuna Sandwiches:
Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 can (6 oz) tuna, drained & flaked
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbl minced fresh parsley (I use 1 tsp dried parsley)
1 tsp soy sauce (I use slightly more to give it a more "Oriental" flavor)
1/4 tsp salt (not necessary if you use more soy sauce)
1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with lettuce leaves on your choice of breads!
