Recipe:  Strawberry Butter



Ingredients:

3/4 c. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 c. butter, softened
3 T. confectioner's sugar

Instructions:

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth.  Delicious on hot homemade
rolls.  Yield:  About 1 cup.
