1 cup cooking oil
1 pint cider vinegar
3 TBS salt
1 TBS poultry seasoning
1 tsp.. pepper
1 egg
Instructions:
Beat the egg, add oil and beat again. Add other ingredients and stir.
Leftover sauce (not used with chicken as a marinade) can be placed in a
glass jar and stored in the refrigerator for several weeks. Not only can
you marinate your chicken in this sauce but it is also basting material to
be brushed on the chicken every few minutes during cooking.
