Recipe: Korean Dipping Sauce

Ingredients...

1 small clove garlic
1 spring onion
4 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps distilled white vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp chilli powder

Instructions...

1) Pell the garlic and crush it to a pulp. Cut the spring onion crosswise into very thin rounds - you only need 1 tbsp of this.

2) Combine the garlic, 1 tbsp spring onion, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds and chilli powder in a small serving bowl and mix well.
