Recipes: Spinach Dip Ingredients: 1 package of Knorr leek soup mix 1 1/2cup of sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 8 ounce can of water chestnuts, chopped 3 tablespoons chopped green onion (I usually use more) 10 ounce package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry Instructions: Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. I like to serve in a bread bowl. Simply get a round loaf of french bread and cut off top. Hollow out bread and fill with spinach dip. Then serve with the bread pieces for dipping. Can also use veggies and crackers.
