Recipe: Sweet Lime Salsa (1 cup)

Ingredients...

1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp water
1 cup Rose's Lime Juice
2 small limes, thinly sliced
2 tsps caribbean jerk spice
2 tsps rice wine vinegar

Instructions...

1) Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan over a moderate heat.Cook until the sugar caramalises to a light golden brown.

2) Carefully add the lime juice, limes, jerk spice and rice wine vinegar. Cook over a low heat for 15 minutes. Cool and serve at room temperature.
