Recipe: Clam Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp basil
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tins baby clams
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tsp cornstarch mixed with juice from 1 tin of clams

Instructions:

Melt butter in pot. Add green onion, dill, basil,garlic and lemon juice. Saute 1 minute. Add clams and white wine. Add clam juice mixed with cornstarch. Stir until thickened. Add whipping cream. Serve over hot cooked linguine.
