Recipe: Beetroot Salad (4)
Ingredients...
1 lb beetroot, cooked and peeled
3 cloves garlic, crushed
4 oz shelled walnuts
mayonnaisse or soured cream
salt
Instructions...
1) Grate the beetroot coarsely into a salad bowl. Add the
garlic.Set aside a few wanut halves. Chop the rest
finely and add to the salad.
2) Mix together well and add enough mayonnaisse to bind
everything into a creamy salad. Season with salt and
decorate with walnut halves.
