Recipe: GERMAN POTATO CHEESE SOUP Ingredients: 5 c. water 3 c. chopped potatoes 1 c. chopped celery chicken bouillon cubes 1 c. chopped onion 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. chopped carrots 1 lb. Velveeta cheese Instructions: Bring water to boil. Dissolve bouillon in water. Add celery, onion and carrots and simmer 20 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer 20 more minutes. Add soup and stir until smooth. Add Velveeta (in chunks) and stir until melted and blended. If soup is too thick, add a little milk -- better when reheated.) Also can be halved, just don't cook vegetables too long.
