Recipe:  Zucchini Soup



Ingredients:

31/2 C. zucchini, diced
1/2 C. celery, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 C. white wine, optional
1 C. carrots, diced
1/2 C. onion, chopped
1 Tbls. flour
1/2 C. sour cream
8 oz. package imitation crab, cut up

Instructions:

Saute zucchini, carrots, celery, onion and margarine until done, about 20
minutes.  Mix flour and milk until smooth, add to vegetables, cooking and
stirring until thickened.  Put this in a blender and blend until creamy. Add
rest of the ingredients to a soup pot, put in blended mixture and simmer until
heated through.
