1 16-oz. can Cut Green Beans, drained
1 10-oz. can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (Mild)
1/2 Tbs. Butter
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 or 3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Onions, diced
4 Tbs. Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs, crushed
4 Tbs. Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions:
Heat butter and olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and
onions until onions
are transparent.
Add drained cut green beans and sauté. After beans are coated with
butter and olive oil,
add diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes (or until ready to serve).
Just before serving, sprinkle sautéed green beans with about a
tablespoon each of
breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, to taste.
