A life-long homemaker, she turned her talents to baking and cooking for others. Her blackberry cakes became a Legend to all who knew her. Elizabeth's happiest moments were those spent with her beloved daughter, Karen, and other members of her family. She gave her un-divided attention, love and energies to meeting her family's needs (scratching feet, cooking shrimp or macaroni and cheese, going to the Mall or just listening to plans, hopes and dreams.)
