Mark Jarvis, Chief Marketing Officer, Oracle Corporation

These are exciting days for the Oracle Partner community. We have totally reorganized our alliance resources to make them an integral part of the departments and LOBs that are critical to our Partners’ business. Key people from our Alliances organization are now part of the mainstream Oracle groups that conduct the development, marketing , and sales of Oracle
products. The people in those groups can now work directly with you instead of through an intermediate organization. Oracle Sales, for example, will be responsible for Partner Account Management. Your input will affect new product concepts, marketing strategies, and sales campaigns.

As always, we are intensely appreciative of your continued support. These changes reflect our commitment to our Partner community and its importance to our ongoing success. They will enable us to be more responsive to your needs and the needs of your customers. In the months ahead, we expect to release exciting new programs and developments that result from this realignment of services.

- Mark Jarvis
