Manage accounts for partner community consiting of over 3,000 Oracle partners. Support partners with Oracle product licensing and contractual issues. Educate partners on current programs, services, product features, functions and compatibility. Assisted the director of Global Alliances Programs with rolling out the Oracle Partner Program. Developed methods and established the procedure for enrollment completion and product fulfillment. Worked directly with Alliances Sales Support, Worldwide Partnering Programs, and the Oracle Technology Network to implement procedure for the partner application and enrollment process. Developed presentations and instructed Oracle’s Value Added Distributors, numerous Oracle departments, and potential Oracle Partners on the Oracle Partner Program overview and application process.

Responsible for the Worldwide Corporate Services intranet web sites. Redesigned and authored site to ensure a more efficient system of communication for Oracle’s main information operations center. Accountable for overall coordination of all employees in the department who contribute to the internal web data. Responsible for instructing group members on various applications and skills within the department. Organized and set up main office by installing computers, fax machines, phones, and filing system. Installed software programs and set up billing system. Implemented and created plans to introduce new company into local market.
