candy strawberries

makes 12

1 large package of strawberry gelatin powder
1 pound of coconut
1 can of Eagle Brand milk
red sugar
green sugar

1. Mix gelatin, coconut, and milk.
2. Store mixture in an airtight container.
3. Refrigerate 3-4 days.
4. Shape into strawberries.
5. Roll in red and green sugar and serve.
