strawberry pudding

1 package strawberry jello
1 1/4 cup hot water
1 pint strawberry ice cream
10 oz frozen or fresh strawberries
1 small angelfood cake
1/2 pint whipping cream
9 x 13 pan

  1. Dissolve jello.
  2. As the jello is dissolving, add spoonsful of the ice cream.
  3. Chill 20 minutes.
  4. Fold in stawberries and whipping cream.
  5. Tear anglefood cake into pieces and arrange them in the bottom of the 9 x 13 pan.
  6. Pour chilled mixture over cake pieces.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
