Ingredients:
- 5 Arabian Bread
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cup chopped meat
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- 1 Tsp. Garlic, crushed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- Salt, black pepper, turmeric

Preparation:
- Place minced meat in a food processor with the parsley, coriander, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, and turmeric. Process for 2 minutes.
- Cut bread into halves, spread 2 tablespoons of mixture inside each piece, brush inside and outside the bread with oil, press in grill until golden.
- Cover with aluminum foil until ready to serve.
