Ingredients:



  • 5 Arabian Bread
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cup chopped meat
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup chopped coriander
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Salt, black pepper, turmeric


Preparation:


  • Place minced meat in a food processor with the parsley, coriander, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, and turmeric. Process for 2 minutes.
  • Cut bread into halves, spread 2 tablespoons of mixture inside each piece, brush inside and outside the bread with oil, press in grill until golden.
  • Cover with aluminum foil until ready to serve.
