Ingredients:
Dough:
- 4 Arabian Bread
- 1 ¼ cup water
Filling:
- 2 cups minced meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Garlic, crushed
- 4 Tbs. Celery
- ¼ toasted pinenuts
- 2 Tbs. Oil
- 2 Tbs. Salt
- 2 Tbs. Black pepper
- 2 Tbs. Mixed spices
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oil, for frying

Preparation:
- Cut the bread into small pieces, place into food processor, process until chopped, add 1 ¼ cup of water, continue to process until the mixture comes together in a ball.
Preparation of the filling:
- Cook the meat, until dry. Add in the onion, garlic and celery, cook over moderate heat until dry. Add the seasonings and pinenuts.
- Mix well. Cut the dough into small balls (walnut size) fill each piece with about a teaspoon full of the meat mixture (careful not to over fill). Make the dough into the shape of meatballs and fry them in a deep fryer over low heat until golden.
