Ingredients:



  • 4 cups white flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 11/3 cups water~
    (Extra oil for frying and flour to dust)


Preparation:


  • Sift dry ingredients. Add oil and water knead until smooth, divide dough into 12 equal balls.
  • Roll each portion into round shape, brush with 1 tsp. oil, fold into cylinder shape, then fold into conical shape, let stand over flour dusty tray, repeat for the remaining balls.
  • Dust with flour and roll out each piece to 17 cm diameter disc. Heat griddle and shallow fry both sides over low heat till golden.
