Ingredients:



    Dough:

  • 4 cups plain flour
  • 5 Tbs. Powdered milk
  • 1 ½ Tbs. Yeast
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbs. Sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg yoke

    Filling:

  • ¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbs. Chopped celery


Preparation:


  • Sift dry ingredients. Add oil and water, knead until smooth, cover. Let stand until double in size.
  • Prepare the filling by combining the cheese and celery. Divide dough into small balls, roll each piece into flat circles, fill with the cheese, and fold the dough into cylinder shapes. Brush the dough with egg yoke, and bake in a moderate oven until golden.
