Ingredients:



  • 4 cups white flour
  • 2 cups akawi cheese
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 chopped celery
  • 1/2 chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tbsp yeast
  • 1 cup water


Preparation:


  • Combine dry ingredients, add water and oil.
  • Knead dough until smooth, cover, let stand in warm place until double in size.
  • Divide dough into ball portions, flatten each piece. Arrange in oil pan and bake in hot oven.
