Ingredients:
- 4 cups white flour
- 2 cups akawi cheese
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 chopped celery
- 1/2 chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 1 cup water

Preparation:
- Combine dry ingredients, add water and
oil.
- Knead dough until smooth, cover, let
stand in warm place until double in size.
- Divide dough into ball portions,
flatten each piece. Arrange in oil pan and bake in hot
oven.
