Ingredients:
- 1 chicken
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp besan flour
- 1 tsp gram masala
- 1/4 tsp curry
- 1/4 tsp red chilli
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil for Frying

Preparation:
- Cut chicken into small pieces, remove skin.
- Combine all of the ingredients, mix well.
- Dip chicken into batter, refrigerate for 1/2
hr.
- Fry in hot, deep frier,until golden brown. Serve with
hubas (arabic bread)or rice.
