Ingredients:



  • 1 chicken
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp besan flour
  • 1 tsp gram masala
  • 1/4 tsp curry
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for Frying


Preparation:


  • Cut chicken into small pieces, remove skin.
  • Combine all of the ingredients, mix well.
  • Dip chicken into batter, refrigerate for 1/2 hr.
  • Fry in hot, deep frier,until golden brown. Serve with hubas (arabic bread)or rice.
