Ingredients:



  • 3 cups rice
  • 6 medium pieces of chicken with bones (or if you like boneless)
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 cup sliced green pepper
  • 3 sliced tomatos
  • 1 Tbsp green chilli
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Salt and turmeric


Preparation:


  • Wash and cook chicken for 5 minutes, change the water, add onion and garlic, cook until tender.
  • Drain and keep the stock.
  • Clean, and soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
  • Fry onion and garlic in oil until golden, add meat, pepper and chilli, season with salt and turmeric.
  • Add tomato, cook over low heat for 1/4 hour with continuous stirring.
  • Put half the rice in the pot with the chicken mixture, put the remaining rice in the drained water, let the rice boil, lower heat and let cook until rice is dry.
