Ingredients:
Dough:
- 3 cups white flour
- 1 cup yogurt
- ¼ oil
- 1 ½ Tsp. Yeast
- 1 Tsp. Salt
Filling:
- 2 cup minced meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tsp. Garlic, crushed
- 1 Tsp. Chopped fresh chili
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- 2 Tbs. Ghee
- 2 Tbs. Salt
- 2 Tbs. Black pepper
- 2 Tbs. Mixed spices
- 1 cup water

Preparation:
Preparation for dough:
- Sift dry ingredients. Add oil, yogurt, knead until smooth. Cover and let stand in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.
Preparation for filling:
- Fry the onions and garlic in the Ghee. Add the meat, chili, stir over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the 1 cup of water, cook until dry, add the chopped tomatoes mix well.
- Divide the dough into small balls, roll each ball into flat circles, fill with 1 Tbs. Meat mixture, and close the edges into a square shape.
- Arrange on a greased baking sheet, bake in a moderate oven until golden.
