Ingredients:



    Dough:

  • 3 cups white flour
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ¼ oil
  • 1 ½ Tsp. Yeast
  • 1 Tsp. Salt

    Filling:

  • 2 cup minced meat
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tsp. Chopped fresh chili
  • ½ cup chopped tomato
  • 2 Tbs. Ghee
  • 2 Tbs. Salt
  • 2 Tbs. Black pepper
  • 2 Tbs. Mixed spices
  • 1 cup water


Preparation:


Preparation for dough:


  • Sift dry ingredients. Add oil, yogurt, knead until smooth. Cover and let stand in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.

    Preparation for filling:

  • Fry the onions and garlic in the Ghee. Add the meat, chili, stir over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the 1 cup of water, cook until dry, add the chopped tomatoes mix well.
  • Divide the dough into small balls, roll each ball into flat circles, fill with 1 Tbs. Meat mixture, and close the edges into a square shape.
  • Arrange on a greased baking sheet, bake in a moderate oven until golden.
