Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Macaroni
- 1 cup cubes potato
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 4 Tbsp. crushed wheat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 crushed garlic
- 1 Tbsp. chopped mint
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 7 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. salt, black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation:
- Add potato, tomato, onion and crushed wheat to the water
and cook on moderate heat until tender, cool, process until
mashed.
- Fry garlic with mint in oil, add potato mixture, macaroni.
Season with salt, black pepper, curry powder and cook over
low heat for 1 hour before serving.
