Ingredients:



  • 1/4 cup Macaroni
  • 1 cup cubes potato
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 4 Tbsp. crushed wheat
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 crushed garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped mint
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 7 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. salt, black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil


Preparation:


  • Add potato, tomato, onion and crushed wheat to the water and cook on moderate heat until tender, cool, process until mashed.
  • Fry garlic with mint in oil, add potato mixture, macaroni. Season with salt, black pepper, curry powder and cook over low heat for 1 hour before serving.
