Ingredients:
- 1 cup Lentils
- 1 medium potato
- 2 medium tomato
- 2 medium onion
- 3 Tbsp. green onion
- 1/2 tsp.cummin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation:
- Clean and wash lentils, cut vegetables into cubes and add
to the lentils and 5 cups of water, cook over moderate heat
until tender, allow to cool, blend until mashed.
- Fry green onion in the oil, add lentils mixture, season
with cummin and salt, cook over low heat until ready to be
served.
