Ingredients:



  • 1 cup Lentils
  • 1 medium potato
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 2 medium onion
  • 3 Tbsp. green onion
  • 1/2 tsp.cummin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil


Preparation:


  • Clean and wash lentils, cut vegetables into cubes and add to the lentils and 5 cups of water, cook over moderate heat until tender, allow to cool, blend until mashed.
  • Fry green onion in the oil, add lentils mixture, season with cummin and salt, cook over low heat until ready to be served.
